This article was written because I was really disappointed of how B2C (business to customer) companies provide their marketing policy via social networks. Instead of “heating interest” to the product , making it more available for customer – as usual they publish boring news like “opening new shop” or “changing CEO”. Is it really helpful and useful for customer news? Hardly.

In our world it is the rule that only products with questionable quality needs to be advertized. Premier  products at low prices are selling instantly and have no need in any advertising.

But what to do if you just launched business and want to sell new product that nobody knows about it? You can inform your potential customers about new opportunity… that can be interested for them WITHOUT spending a lot of money on advertizing.

First step to be succeeded is to determine your client. On which resources you can find them? – It is the most important task and all sales and future profitability depend on it

From your marketing policy in social networks people should clearly understand that main purpose of your company is to do product available for anybody, and to increase welfare of each and every.

Advertizing in social network consist of 2 parts:

First one is publishing on your social profile - discounts, special offers for clients, competitions and vacancies (with high salary!) for employees (remote working with social packet for example)

Second is publishing comprehensive analysis of your competitors in social networks. This analysis must convince future customers to buy specially your product – why? Because You offer the best options (price, variety of tools, access, secure transactions, client relation management, customer support etc) for every group of clients.

Advertise your  product on professional resources -  blogs and forums. By the way it is low-cost marketing program and to control it you can use such programs like google analytics or yandex-metrika to see how many users come from these resources and if money that you spent on advertising brings you any profits

Here a few examples how you can advertise your product with low-cost (involving in advertizing process your clients)

“Invite your friend and receive free 4 months license “

“If you have one of our products – in future you can buy any of our products with discount 6% or buy virtual discount card and permanently receive 6% discount on any product “

“Leave review of any of our product on our corporative site and receive 6% discount on product you bought “

"Receive 10% on your card from every new client you bring to us!"

To sum up, wini-win strategy (or converting your client into your partner) is sharing part of your sales with him (it is like sales manager work). The strategy is not new but unfornunately many companies simply ignore it and hire sales managers instead of involving real clients into this process. 

I hope that my article will be useful for many entrepreneurs, because at the end my main purpose is to make every good and product more available to customers, avoiding additional expenses.
